" When we heal we contribute to the well-being of our partners, our loved ones, our children, our colleagues, and our friends, creating a ripple effect of healing and resilience."
In an interview once I was asked; "What makes a good transformational coach?" I responded that for me personally, the key ingredient was my own transformation, I have probably experimented with every practice, therapy, and treatments out there. The ones that had the most powerful and profound impacts, are the ones that I have mastered and am certified as, are...

I have built a beautiful life for myself. I am in excellent physical, mental, emotional and spiritual shape.
However, this hasn't always been the case.
I had a challenging childhood, ( many of us do) I witnessed and was on the receiving end of much abuse, this led to all sorts of issues as I grew into adulthood. I had zero self-esteem, absolutley no confidence, a negative mindset, severe depression, anxiety, anger issues, alcohol, substance abuse, and I had so so many limiting beliefs. I lived in a dark place set in victim mode, resentment and blame. I struggled with relationships. After my divorce, many years ago I hit rock bottom, something had to give and it did. From rock bottom my transformation began, I put down the wine of an evening and picked up the books, I read and studied. I was reading 2 to 3 books a week, learning about the human mind ptsd, depression, anxiety, the list goes on and on and, still continues to this day.
The more knowledge I gained, the more powerful I became, knowledge equals power. I took many courses and I learned the amazing ways of NLP. I completed a life coaching course by the amazing Tony Robins, I learnt hypnosis, meditation and I went to public speaking classes. I also saw a therapist, many therapists actually, and I pushed forward in so many ways. I was transforming, I got physical too, running gym, hiking, etc. I was well and truly on the path of deep healing and self discovery. Because of the devastation post divorce, I completed an incredible divorce coaching course, by Sara Davison, which had a huge impact on how I looked at my own divorce, but has also enabled me to really help others going through the turmoil of a divorce or breakup.

However I was still struggling. I had some deep set traumas and emotional blockages, that no amount of therapy or talking about seemed to unearth, they were to far supressed.
It was then that I was invited to do a somatic breath work journey. Well, the anger, sadness, guilt, shame and internal conflicts that erupted from me, were something else, and after just one session I felt 100 times lighter inside, I was hooked, and had to learn more about this phenomen. I realised with no doubt in my mind that I had to incorporate this life-changing practice into how I help my clients. So I trained with one of the best breathwork academy's in the world, (Breath Masters)
To say I am passionate about helping others is an understatement, my past was a gift, it allows me to feel others energy, it enables me to have endless empathy and to understand fully where my clients are, and where they want to be. I love what I do, all my own struggles with mental health and with life, I finally learnt were all the most valuable lessons I could learn. They were put my way, to teach me how to make an incredible transformation, not just for myself, but for all of my clients too.
I am happy to be vulnerable and to share this information, because it will inspire and give hope to anyone out there struggling.
If I can achieve such a profound transformation then anyone can.
